Jump, Run and Swim!

Yesterday, together with my companions at work.
We headed for the beach despite the rainy weather.
We enjoyed each others company through food and drinks and singing and swimming.

I wish this would be a quarterly activity if possible.
It is always good to relax and unwind after months of hard work.
